The All-Meat patty is based on a blend of white and red meats originating from the Auvergne region in France. The dish is also called pâté campagnarde or simply paté de campagne, which means "country loaf".
- 700 grams of pork fillet without rind
- 350 grams of bacon (cut into small cubes)
- 500 grams raw chicken liver - hard boiled eggs as desired for decoration purposes only!
- 15 ml olive oil
- 300 g coarsely chopped onions - finely diced garlic cloves to taste ... but not too much – salt & black pepper seasoning to taste... You can even add some cayenne pepper if you want it spicy.

In another bowl place meat from pork fillet without rinds or bacon cubes which have been cut into small pieces but not too tiny... flavour with a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired. Add hard boiled eggs chopped into small pieces, stock and mix well. Transfer meat mixture to a large bowl or cooking pot then add the onion-garlic mixture from before stirring it in evenly with your hands - just like making bread dough!
