Do you guarantee the safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. Double rolls packing film for export cargoes, suitable for shipment with container by sea.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

The most international payment methods are acceptable with us including Irrevocable LC at sight, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance payable against B/L copyL copy.
What is the average lead time?

The average lead time is about 7 working days. For bulk quantity, for example 30,000KGS, it will take about 10 working days to finish production. The max lead time is 15 working days.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we have been exporting for a long time. Certificate of Analysis,Insurance Policy, Certificate of Origin and other required export documents are available.
What kind of package will you arrange?

For printed decor paper with FCL shipment, decor paper will be packed by rolls. For LCL shipment, decor paper will be packed with seaworthy pallets.
Do you have a miniumu order quantity?

Our MOQ is 500KGS each color, and 3000KGS for export shipment.
How can I select colors/designs of your decor paper?

You are welcome to our factory for selection and confirmation. As per your detailed requirements, we can also arrange samples for your selection. Our experienced team can also visit you with our samples for better selection together.
What are your prices?

Just like Laminate, Melamine is made using paper and resin, but the Melamine costs less to produce. Also just like Laminate, the melamine surfaces have lower quality and higher quality products. The low-quality melamine will not last as long as most laminate surfacing.
